  Reservation and Cancellation Policy
 

We respectfully request that all date changes or cancellations be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 48 hour notice is requested for any multiple services or spa package. Last-minute cancellations are costly to the salon and our staff.

  Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. Lemongrass Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.
