Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out client forms and to change into a robe if having multiple spa services.

All valuables should be stored in a secure location at the time of service. Lemongrass Salon and Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced items.

We kindly request that all phone calls are concluded and all cellular devices are turned off or silenced prior to entering treatment areas, as not to disturb other guests while relaxing in the spa..

We also ask that children be left at home or with a caregiver outside the facility if not receiving services themselves.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request that all date changes or cancellations be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. A 48-hour notice is requsted for any multiple services or spa packages.
