Color Cleansing may also be needed when altering or removing the tone or changing the level of color. Color Balance The application of color or lightener to the new growth, mid-growth and ends of the hair. All hair from new growth through ends is covered with color. Color Balance is needed when the overall color has lost its tone and has faded more than one level. An In-Between Foils Color Balance is needed for grey coverage and when an overall color is desired. After the foil work is done, the color is applied in-between the foils to the new growth and out to the ends. Great for refreshing and toning hair that has faded or lightened. The New Growth touch-up is necessary in covering grey or in maintaining all over color. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out client forms and to change into a robe if having multiple spa services.

All valuables should be stored in a secure location at the time of service. Lemongrass Salon and Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced items.

We kindly request that all phone calls are concluded and all cellular devices are turned off or silenced prior to entering treatment areas, as not to disturb other guests.

We also ask that children be left at home or with a caregiver outside the facility if not receiving services themselves.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request that all date changes or cancellations be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. A 48-hour notice is requsted for any multiple services or spa packages.
