Hair Services
 
Question: When coming in for a special occasion style (updo) will my hair be shampood during my service?

Answer: No. Our stylists prefer to work with your hair when it has a bit of texture. It does not need to be clean.
 
 
 

General Information
The following information is provided to assist you in creating the perfect experience at Lemongrass Salon.
 
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out client forms and to change into a robe if having multiple spa services.
 
All valuables should be stored in a secure location at the time of service. Lemongrass Salon and Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced items.
 
We kindly request that all phone calls are concluded and all cellular devices are turned off or silenced prior to entering treatment areas, as not to disturb other guests.
 
We also ask that children be left at home or with a caregiver outside the facility if not receiving services themselves.
 
 
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request that all date changes or cancellations be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. A 48-hour notice is requsted for any multiple services or spa packages.
